Dairy-free Coconut Sour Cream

Dollop this creamy, tangy and dairy-free condiment onto tacos, nachos and more!

Directions

  1. Add the vinegar and salt to the Culinary Coconutmilk and pour into a glass jar.
  2. Cover with cheesecloth (or a thin piece of cloth) and seal with a rubber band.
  3. Let the mixture rest for 48 hours at room temperature.
  4. Chill and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
