Use your Culinary Coconutmilk to the very last drop with this simple kitchen hack, adding extra emulsification to flax eggs, chia eggs, or a “just-add-water” substitute:


Tip for an Easy Egg Substitute:

  1. Save the last bit of your Culinary Coconutmilk and the container.
  2. Funnel in the water necessary to make one or more flax eggs (or your favorite substitute according to the package instructions).
  3. Shake well and use 3 Tbsp. for each egg in your recipe
  4. Save the lid and store extra in your fridge for up to 5 days!
