Maintenance TechnicianAccepting applications – So Delicious Dairy Free is growing and we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Operations Team. 

This position is responsible to execute maintenance activities which support the entire Springfield WhiteWave operation. Cooperation with the maintenance planner, lead, and operations personnel for execution of work to be performed is vital. Ensure the plant is maintained in a safe, efficient manner, in accordance with plant procedures and local, state, and federal regulations. Proactive identification of issues, notifying and rectifying them with both the Maintenance and Operations team is required. Continuous development and formal training to increase skill level is essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, cooperative, reliable, patient, considerate, respectful, and passionate about the work that needs to be done. They must have a consistent work history, ability to flex schedule based on business needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical troubleshooting, a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and interpret schematics, an understanding of how plant/production systems work and the ability to change over equipment to conduct various types of production on the same equipment.  Experience in refrigeration is also a plus!  If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Production SupervisorAccepting Applications – The Production Supervisor is an extension of the management team for the Eugene Plant. This position is on 3rd shift, with flexibility to cover other shifts as needed.

The Production Supervisor must be highly competent in displaying leadership abilities that help empower others to performance levels that contribute to the achievement of corporate, plant, and individual goals; a strong team player with an absolute commitment to quality and safety. Must have enthusiasm that energizes and motivates employees.

The Production Supervisor plans, directs and coordinates work activities and obtains resources necessary to ensure products meet all company cost, safety, quality and quantity requirements. This position also reviews schedules and production orders and makes decisions regarding staff, ingredients and maintenance needed to meet those schedules or orders on time and within budget.  Also responsible for training all production staff on production policies, processes, and procedures, and is responsible for looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.
